Vision
The Headwaters Project is an interdisciplinary education and research initiative dedicated to the promotion of the flourishing person as the central animating principle of the applied arts and sciences particularly health sciences and engineering. Central to the mission of the Headwaters project is a deep commitment to open and civil discourse within education and research.

Happiness and Human Flourishing Scholars Community The Headwaters Project leads the Happiness and Human Flourishing Scholars Community at the Frederick’s Honors College. We host various events at the University of Pittsburgh including reading groups and extracurricular activities.
